Instructions and Rules for Parents and Students

  1. Fee:-
  • School Fee is to be paid in two installments.

I Installment – Due date 1st  April to 15th April.

II Installment - Due date 1st  Oct. to 15th Oct.

  • Bus Fee is to be paid Yearly along with the I Installment.
  • Once paid up fee for an installment shall not be refunded due to any reason.
  • In case of late submission of fee 05/- per day will be charged as late fee.
  • Fee ought to be deposited in HDFC, Jhunjhunu as per the schedule only.

  • If total fee is deposited at a time in the beginning of the session or at admission time than 5% rebate in total tuition fee will be given.
  • If the fee remains unpaid till the last working day of the month and no intimation/reason is given to the school than the name of the scholar will be struck off from register.
  • Receipts of the fee deposited must be taken kept safe till the end of session.

  1. Examination and Promotion:-
  • For promotion to the next class, the marks of all exams and Internal Assessments are

consolidated and taken into consideration.


  1. Students Conveyance:-
  • The need to adhere to pickup and drop down points is of paramount importance as it saves time for all.
  • The bus driver has to reach school on time and so will not be able to wait beyond the prescribed pick up time.
  • Please be patient as the bus driver is dealing with many children and variant road conditions.

  1. Parent’s Role:-

For effective education it is necessary that the school receives full co-operation from the Parents in giving to the students:


  • Refinement of habits:-
  • Diligence in studies, Integrity of character.
  • Even at home, guidance, encouragement and opportunity should be constantly provided for mental growth.
  • Parents can discuss the problem with the Principal. They are welcome to record their suggestions in the suggestion register and parent-staff meet.
  • Parents/Guardians are expected to co-operate in enforcing regularity and discipline by seeing that their wards prepare lessons and do their home work. As the medium of instruction in this school is English, Students should be helped to follow their work easily by a certain amount of regular conversation in English at home.
  • To improve expression and fluency in English, the school has made it compulsory for students to speak only in English at school and even outside when they are in school uniform.
  • Parents/Guardians are particularly requested to sign the Principal’s / Teacher’s remarks in the diary after reading them. The school disclaims all responsibility, if the remarks are not signed.

  • Parents must develop good habits in their wards such as:-
  • Cleaning teeth properly.
  • Cutting and cleaning hair and nails and keeping short hair regularly.

  • Parent’s Co-operation:-
  • Acknowledge promptly all school circulars about programmes, parent staff meets and comply with the instructions contained in these circulars.
  • Report immediately to the school about any change of address, mobile no. or telephone number etc.

  • The Parents/Guardians to ensure that they:-
  • Obey all the rules of the school.
  • Deposit all fees and dues in the stipulated period announced or revised from time to time.
  • Personally see that their ward attends the school regularly and punctually in the prescribed uniform, maintains perfect discipline in the school and follows all the instructions issued by the school from time to time.
  • Attend all the Parent-Staff Meets conducted by the school from time to time.
  • Accept the decision of the Principal with regard to school discipline as final and binding.
  • Accept the rules applicable for parents/students which are subject to change by the Principal at any time.

  • Parents and Guardian shall also take care that their ward does not:-
  • Disobey/answer back his teachers and seniors.
  • Damage/spoil school property, furniture, walls etc.
  • Bring any mobile phones, I-Pads, cameras, CD’s or any other objectionable material in the school premises.
  • Brings/fire crackers in the school premises.
  • Brings/splash colours in the school premises.
  • Wear any rings, bracelets, ear rings or any other items of jewellery in the school premises.

Note:- The school can take any action if their ward violates any of the above. Admission is granted up to class VIII. Renewal of admission in class IX and class XI will entirely depend on the discretion of the Principal.


  1. Attendance:-
  • As per CBSE norms, it is compulsory for the students to secure 75% attendance in a year to make them eligible to appear at the final examination.

 

We have read all instructions and rules of the school and we are completely responsible for the deposit the school fee on time, behaviour and safety of our ward in and out of the school premises. We accept to abide by at the rules and regulations of the school enforced from time to time.

The students are required to turn out immaculately dressed in the School Uniform during class hours and attend various other functions and events wearing only the prescribed dress code.

Summer :- 08:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m.

Winter :- 09:30 a.m. to 03:30 p.m.


  1. Transportation :-

The school maintains a fleet of buses and other vehicles for providing transportation facility for its students within the vicinity of jhunjhunu as well as the outskirt areas.
